Information we receive
The form collects name and surname, mobile number, optional email, date, pick-up time, passenger numbers, starting point, destination and message. The message may include a flight number, luggage details or special requirements.
Why we use information
We use information to answer your enquiry, arrange and carry out transport, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Hosting and delivery of enquiries
Cloudflare provides hosting and processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the website. Resend is used to send enquiries by email.
Form data are saved in our enquiry records (a Cloudflare database in the European Union) and forwarded by email at the same time. The records are run for us by NADIGRA, the website developer. Resend is an email service provider based in the USA (Resend, Inc.).
If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place in the WhatsApp app (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta) under WhatsApp's own privacy terms. The website only opens the chat; it does not send any data to WhatsApp before you tap the button.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to arrange and carry out a journey and to meet legal obligations.
